Heatfeed does not currently publish a monitored email address or support form. This page states that limitation plainly instead of directing sensitive requests to an invented or unattended inbox.

Current contact status

Owner action required: configure and monitor a private address for support, privacy requests, rights or takedown concerns, and security reports, then replace this notice with that verified channel. No such address exists in the project configuration today.

Until a private channel is published, do not place confidential information, passwords, unpublished story text, identity documents, or security details into account handles, story fields, source URLs, or any other product input. Those fields are product data, not a safe substitute for contacting the operator.

What the future channel must cover

Account and product support for the writing and catalog tools.
Privacy access, correction, deletion, and complaint requests.
Copyright, permission, attribution, and takedown concerns.
Responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities.

Using Heatfeed today

Visitors can continue to browse the free public catalogwithout creating an account. Creators should use the writing tools only for material they own or have permission to use, and should wait for a monitored private contact channel before submitting anything that may require support or a formal response.
